The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 09 of 2026, under Sections 109, 3(5) BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act and Section 3/5/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/11 of Prevention of Cruelty against Animals Act, registered at Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur during pendency of the trial. 3.
