The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1288 of 2025, under Sections- 140(1), 309(4), 3(5), 103(1), 238(a), 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- South, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR and subsequently his name surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj Kumar @ Bhadu.
