The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1288 of 2025, under Sections- 140(1), 309(4), 3(5), 103(1), 238(a), 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- South, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR and subsequently his name surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of co-accused Raj Kumar @ Bhadu. The police have falsely implicated the applicant in the present case on the basis of an audio clip shown by Rahul to the police, wherein the applicant was asking the reason why he had told Himanshu about the murder of the Eeco driver by Veera.
