The instant bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.63 of 2026, under Section 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Sindhauli, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. A false recovery of 59 grams of Smak has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The applicant has no other criminal antecedents. He further contends that the search and seizure of the alleged contraband has been made in violation of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The applicant is in jail since 7.2.2026. 4.
