Heard Ms. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Dubey, for the first informant and Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 487 of 2020, under Sections 302/34, 201/34, 504, 120 B IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District Banda. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR allegation has been made that brother of the first informant Abhishek was beaten by the applicant and other co-accused persons at 5.30 p.m. over the construction of drainage.
