The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 259 of 2025, under Sections 105, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Kareemuddinpur, District- Ghazipur during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident arose out of a sudden quarrel without any premeditation. In the alleged incident, the applicant no.1 and applicant no.4 have also sustained injuries. In this regard, reliance has been placed upon the statement of doctor namely, Ankur Kumar Pandey.
