The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 126(2) B.N.S, Police Station Chatta, District Mathura. 3. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.04.2026, Dr. Satish Kumar, Medical Officer, Registration No. State Council/MCI No. 65622, who conducted the post-mortem, is present before this Court.
