Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Rewti Ralman Patel, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.243 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 and 352 BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is the husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been roped in the present matter. 4. He further argued that actually deceased did not want to perform marriage with the applicant and it appears that her marriage was solemnized with the applicant against her wishes and, therefore, within four months of her marriage she committed suicide by consuming poisonous substances.
