The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 347 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 351(3), 3(5), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kabrai, District- Mahoba, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR as well as in the statement of the first informant, who is claimed to be an eyewitness, the specific allegation is against co-accused Sonu and Monu for firing upon the deceased and killing him. The only allegation against the applicant is that the applicant is also involved in the conspiracy
