By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 20 of 2006, under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 191(2), 109(1), 125, 351(3) and 352 of B.N.S., P.S. Sikariganj, Distrtict-Gorakhpur, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village factional politics. He next submitted that as per first information report general role of assault with lathi-danda and stones has been assigned to four named accused and two unidentified persons, including applicant.
