The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.794 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
