The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 699 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238(a) and 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Chhibramau, District- Kannauj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, which was regarding the recovery of an unclaimed burnt body, and subsequently, during investigation, the name of the applicant surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of Ehtasham, wherein he admitted that he, along with his friend Arshlan, killed the deceased lady and brought her to the place where she was burnt with the help of the present applicant.
