The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.530 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 3.
