The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 426 of 2025, under Sections-103(1), 238A, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station-Syohara, District-Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially the First Information Report was lodged by co-accused Nafees regarding missing of his son since 8.11.2025. Thereafter, recovery of his body was made on 9.11.2025. During investigation, the informant was arrested and he confessed to killing his son (deceased) for the reason that he was involved in bad company and was also a drug addict, as well as sexually exploited his real sister.
