The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 63 2026, under Section 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S. Sindhauli, District - Shahjahanpur. 3. As per allegation in the F.I.R. contraband substance, i.e., 60 gram of Smack is said to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant by the police. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present matter and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession.
