The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Range Case No. 23/Chunar/2025-26, under Sections- 2(16), 9, 39, 40, 44, 49, 49B, 49C, 50 and 51(1) of Wildlife Protection Act, Police Station- Range Chunar, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of the recovery of one Red Sand Boa, a non-venomous snake species, along with two other co-accused persons.
