The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.255 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chola, District Bulandshahr. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that on the basis of two base cases, the applicant has been implicated, though the applicant has been released on bail in the said two base cases. It has also been argued that the applicant is not involved in any antisocial activities and he has been falsely implicated. The applicant is in jail since 13
