The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.358 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station Nakur, District Saharanpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant has been implicated on the basis of recovery of 125 gms. of 'Charas' (contraband), which is below commercial quantity and the same was kept by the applicant for his personal use.
