Naushad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.91 of 2026, under Sections 8/21/29/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that it is clearly mentioned in the FIR that the recovered smack was distributed into two carry bags and upon weighting the contraband contained in two carry bags, it was found 277 gms.
