Compliance affidavit has been filed by Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned A.G.A. 1st on behalf of Rohtash Kumar Meena, Medical Officer, CHC Sonai, District Mathura. The same is taken on record. 2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.04.2026, Dr. Rohtash Kumar Meena, who conducted the postmortem examination on the dead body of the deceased, has appeared before this Court in person and explained the reason that, because of a mistake on his part, he incorrectly mentioned the injuries of the deceased as caused by firearm, as the punctured wounds caused by a screwdriver appeared to be similar to those caused by firearm. He has also filed an affidavit expressing apology and ensuring the Court that, in future, he will be more careful. 3.
