The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.177 of 2025, under Sections- 61(2), 103(1), 238 BNS, Police Station-Jaspura, District-Banda, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated on the basis of apprehension and doubt. Though, as per the postmortem report, cause of death of the deceased is ante-mortem drowning and there is no material showing that the applicant was involved in forcibly drowning the deceased.
