The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.589 of 2025, under Sections 80(2) and 85 BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is 'jeth' of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits that even mother-in-law of the deceased, namely, Smt. Dhandevi has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 20.3.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.Bail Application No. 9624 of 2026 and considering the fact that applicant is 'jeth' of the deceased his case is even at better footing than mother-in-law of the deceas
