Naushad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.31 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Khekada, District Baghpat. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that on the basis of four base cases, the applicant has been implicated, though the applicant has been released on bail in the said four base cases, copy of the bail orders have been annexed with the accompanying affidavit.
