The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.631 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Jhinjhana, District-Shamli. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Washid and Aarif, who were arrested by the Police from the place of incident, while they were butchering the cattle with an Axe, though there is no incriminating material against the applicant.
