This is a second bail application which has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Chandpa, District- Hathras, during the pendency of the trial. The first bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 38582 of 2025 was rejected on 13.11.2025. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the first bail application of the applicant was rejected on the ground that the injured, Avadhesh, has made specific allegation against the applicant for causing stab wound to him.
