The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 872 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Kasya, District-Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, the role of the applicant has been assigned as catching hold of the deceased while the specific role of causing eight injuries with a knife has been assigned to the co-accused Naushad and on pointing out of Naushad, blood stained knife was also recovered.
