Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.03 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Pawara, District- Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party, as she had stayed with the applicant at Nasik. She, by her looks, seems to be major, although she has stated that she is a bit less than 18 years old. The applicant himself is a youth aged about 20
