The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(3), 3(5), 127(2) and 61(2)(a) of B.N.S., Police Station- Khaga, District- Fatehpur. 3.
