Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Mahmudabad, District- Sitapur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only single case has been shown against the applicant, in which he is on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
