This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in FIR/Case Crime No.0007 of 2025, under Sections 8/18/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- NCB, District- Lucknow. 4. According to the prosecution, on 08.03.2025, Sub-Inspector Shubham received information that two persons carrying opium were travelling in the Durgiyana Express from Lucknow to Bareilly. Acting upon the said information, a raiding team reached Charbagh Railway Station and apprehended two persons seated on seat numbers 02
