Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Akhilesh Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for the opposite party and perused the material available on record. 3. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in FIR/Case Crime No.0007 of 2025, under Sections 8/18/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- NCB, District- Lucknow. 4. According to the prosecution, on 08.03.2025, Sub-Inspector Shubham received information that two persons carrying opium were travelling in the Durgiyana Express from Lucknow to Bareilly. Acting upon the said information, a raiding team reached Charbagh Railway Station and apprehended two persons seated on seat numbers 02
