Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.07 of 2026, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Rakabganj, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her to a hotel, and subsequently, when the victim called him, the applicant is stated to have refused to come and had even threatened the victim to throw acid over her to disfigure her. 5.
