This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused- applicant/ Taufiq for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 45 of 2026, under Section 3/5/8 Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter, 1955 and Section 3(11) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Sections 109 and 3(5) of B.NS., P.S. Garhmukteshwar, District-Hapur during pendency of trial. 4.
