This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.0162 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 507 I.P.C., Police Station- Sushant Golf City, District- Lucknow. 3. As per prosecution case, an FIR was lodged on an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. stating therein that the daughter of the complainant was subjected to rape by the applicant after giving intoxicants and after taking obscene photo and videos started blackmailing and extorted lakhs of rupees from his daughter and also made forged aadhar card of daughter of complainant. 4.
