The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Jhangha, District Gorakhpur during pendency of the trial. 3.
