The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Jhangha, District Gorakhpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation, applicant along with other accused under the pretext to provide job to the informant in Indian Railways received total Rs. 5,45,000/- from him but admittedly even as per informant only Rs. 1,50,000/- were deposited in the account of the applicant.
