The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Animals Cruelty Act, 1960 and Section 4/25 Arms Act and Sections 109, 325 and 3(5) BNS, Police Station Saiyadraja, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3.
