The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/11 of Animals Cruelty Act and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act and Sections 109, 3(5) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Zaid and Akbar have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 25.03.2026 and 26.03.202
