The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.90 of 2024, under Sections- 302, 307, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station- Bara, District-Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj), during the pendency of the trial. 3.
