The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 325 of the B.N.S., registered at Police Station Saiyadraja, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3.
