The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 853 of 2023, under Sections- 302, 504, 120B IPC, Police Station- Badhalganj, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is the grandfather of the deceased, who was residing with him, while the mother of the deceased, the first informant in this case, has been living separately from the father of the deceased due to a matrimonial dispute, and the father of the deceased has been working in Mumbai.
