The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.11 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 76, 352 of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act and Sections 3(1)(da), 3(1)dha SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3.
