The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.331 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 109(1), 352 of B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Eka, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 3.
