The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.27 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 190, 121, 132, 221, 109 of B.N.S. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Bithri Chainpur, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 4.
