The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.27 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 190, 121, 132, 221, 109 of B.N.S. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Bithri Chainpur, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
