The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 48 of 2026 under Sections 8/20/60 NDPS Act and sections 318(4), 319(2) BNS registered at Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli during pendency of trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 23.1.2026. It is further submitted that co-accused Govind Kumar Singh has already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.3.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 9030 of 2026. It is furt
