The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.69 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i)(17), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of one case shown in the gang chart, applicant has been made accused in the present matter.
