The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 109(3), 109(1), 117(2), 103(1), 352, 351(3), 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Binauli, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants are that, though in the FIR, a specific allegation of causing the death of the deceased has been assigned to Akshay son of Pappu by mowing down with a tractor.
