The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.108 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali Shahar, District Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 4.
