The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.63 of 2026, under Section 8/18 NDPS Act, Police Station Bakhira, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, however as per allegation from the possession of applicant 33 kg poppy straw was recovered which he was cultivated but entire allegation is totally false.
