The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.17 of 2025, under Section 109 BNS, Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Sections 3/5/8 of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11(1)(E) of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Hathgaon, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial. 3.
