It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that as per the prosecution case Rs. 5000/- is alleged to have been given by the complainant at the table of the applicant-accused. The applicant had never accepted the amount nor any proceedings or examining the washing of the hands through sodium carbonate were held in respect of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that as per the prosecution case the complainant had put the money on the table of the applicant-accused and thereafter the applicant- accused went out of the room after locking the same.
