Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that as per the prosecution case Rs. 5000/- is alleged to have been given by the complainant at the table of the applicant-accused. The applicant had never accepted the amount nor any proceedings or examining the washing of the hands through sodium carbonate were held in respect of the applicant.
