The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.21 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that on the basis of one base case, the applicant has been falsely implicated, though the applicant has been released on bail in the said one base case by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
