The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2026, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Akrabad, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case solely on the basis of a single base case, as shown in the gang chart, wherein the applicant has been released on bail by the court below. A copy of the bail order is annexed as Annexure-3 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. Therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail as the applicant has no other criminal history in th
