The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2026, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Akrabad, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
